FANCY PANTS WEEKEND
a fashion-weekend poster
This poster was made as an assignment for uni. The requirements for this where to use a determined place and date for the event as well as have the entrance-fee of 250kr in order to work with numbers that may not always fit the design. The name of the event was free to come up with.
I wanted to make the poster simple but still eye-catching. There are a lot of things going on in the design even though it looks pretty simple; the asymmetrical composition in the background, the decorative font, the girl. All the elements of the design are balanced and I'm satisfied with the finished look of the poster also, I'm pretty certain it could be used for a real event.
